There are many differences between the two programs in terms of overall structure and design.
However, there are also some similarities as well.
Because both programs are well-designed for the Men's League hockey player, I recommend reading the article that will be published tomorrow where I completely breakdown the entire MLD '21 workout design structure.
Once you check that out, you will have a comprehensive knowledge of both the programs and can choose the one that best fits your current needs.
My personal recommendation to you based on our correspondence would be to finish off the MLD 3.0 program since you've already started it and it's a GREAT system all by itself, but, I would run the new MLD '21 program straight afterword and also purchase it this week as the current $100 OFF promotion will not be coming back anytime soon.
Be on the lookout for tomorrow's article and let me know if you have any more questions!
Those handles also look like a good option, however I've never personally tried them so you would be the first one to try it out. If you get them, let me know how it goes 👍
I don't think it is -- I'm pretty sure it's only on iTunes, Stitcher, and Podbean.

More work on A in week 1, more work on B in week 2, back to more work on A in week 3, and then hard work for both on Week 4 to finish strong.
